Will has been working with students for 39 years, spending most of this time in a junior high and high school classroom setting. His experience as a vice-principal and school counsellor further solidified his belief in the importance of compassion, unconditional positive regard, and a positive demeanor for promoting student success.
In addition to his classroom work, Will has also served as an accessibility counsellor. In this role, he ensured that classroom environments were tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of students. He has collaborated with parents, teachers, and the students themselves, adopting a team approach to foster their success.
One of Will’s true passions lies in encouraging and working with all students to strengthen their executive functions. He finds this aspect of his work particularly rewarding.
