Executive function coaching for you or your child
When planning, getting started or following through feels harder than it should, it helps to talk it through. Whether you’re looking for support for yourself or your child, a free consultation gives us a chance to understand what’s getting difficult and talk honestly about whether coaching is a fit.
Free, 30 minutes, by video. No obligation to continue.
Tell us where things are getting stuck
For you, it might be a task list that keeps growing, deadlines that get away from you, or a plan that’s hard to follow once the day gets busy.
For your child, it might be getting homework started, keeping track of schoolwork, or following through without repeated reminders.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before we talk. Start with what’s happening day to day and what you’d like to be different.
What we’ll talk about
We’ll start with you: what’s been difficult, what you’ve tried, and what matters most right now.
Then we’ll walk through our approach to executive function coaching, talk through the available options and costs, and answer your questions. The point is to work out whether the support fits what you or your child needs.
This is a conversation about fit. It isn’t an assessment or a coaching session, and there’s no obligation to sign up.
Founder and Director of Kaizen Education Services
Samantha Woods
I have created a one-on-one program that combines the science of learning with the art of coaching. We have helped more than 1,300 students just like yours regain their confidence and help them succeed in school and in life.
Practical support for everyday skills
Executive function skills help us plan, direct our attention, get started and follow through. Coaching gives you or your child a place to work on those skills, using everyday situations and the strengths already there.
We can help your child work through their schoolwork. As we work through it together, we’ll help them try different approaches to learning and see what works with their brain’s strengths. We’re coaches, not tutors. Schoolwork gives us a practical way to build skills they can use beyond that assignment, from getting started and organizing their thinking to working through challenges.
For adults, that work can focus on planning, priorities and follow-through at work and in everyday life.
A few things you might be wondering
Do we need an ADHD diagnosis?
No. We coach kids, teens and adults with and without a diagnosis. No diagnosis is required, and none is ever made here.
What happens if coaching looks like a fit?
We’ll explain the options and what getting started involves. The next step depends on the program and the support you’re looking for.
Is coaching a replacement for clinical care?
Kaizen coaching supports, and does not replace, care from your doctor or psychologist.

Our family has had a wonderful experience with Kaizen Educational Services. Samantha and her team of coaches were an amazing support to help guide our child with reading support strategies and executive functioning skills. They helped us navigate an ADHD diagnosis with compassion, walking us through what to expect and provided tools to help along the way. Our child loves working with Sam and has developed a renewed confidence in her learning journey thanks to Kaizen!

Kaizen is amazing. The front end evaluations show specific areas of strengths for each individual learner, and identify key areas needing support. The Individual learning plans they develop have specific and easy to implement strategies that really work! Probably the best money we’ve ever spent!! So glad to have found them.
