Jameson Welbourn
Executive Function Coach
Jameson Welbourn grew up in Calgary, Alberta, and was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of eight. His personal experience navigating school, work, and life with ADHD gives him a deep, firsthand understanding of the challenges and, more importantly, the strengths that come with neurodivergence.
Jameson’s work is shaped by a deeply personal journey. As a young person with ADHD, he spent years navigating challenges around focus, regulation, and identity, experimenting with coping strategies that ultimately helped him learn what didn’t work for his brain. That lived experience, paired with later self-awareness, structure, and intentional change, is what allows him to guide young people with clarity, compassion, and realism.
Jameson graduated from Rundle College in 2006 and went on to attend Dalhousie University, where he earned his Bachelor of Commerce. He began his professional career in commercial real estate and later became involved in several entrepreneurial ventures across multiple industries.
With a strong background in real estate, startups, and project management, Jameson has led complex development and business initiatives across North America and the Caribbean. He is currently involved in several ongoing projects spanning different sectors, bringing a systems-oriented, practical approach to everything he does.
Most recently, Jameson co-founded Clinic Studios, a Calgary-based company focused on providing thoughtfully designed, high-end treatment spaces for mental health professionals. His work reflects a deep commitment to improving access, environments, and outcomes within the mental health ecosystem.
As a coach for neurodivergent children and their families, Jameson combines lived experience, professional leadership, and empathy-driven support to help children build confidence, skills, and strategies that allow them to thrive on their own terms.
